We conduct our recruitment processes in accordance with our Human Resources (HR) procedure.

Our HR procedure defines the recruitment processes, the principles of the personnel policy to be applied to all personnel working in our company, the rules and application methods regarding performance evaluation, the rights and obligations of the personnel and the working conditions.

Our recruitment processes are defined as follows;

- For vacant positions in our company, it is published from our company's social media addresses and websites that publish job advertisements.

- Resumes are evaluated and job application forms are sent to suitable candidates.

- Candidates who are evaluated positively by evaluating the job application forms are invited to a job interview.

- Depending on the status of the position, besides the interview, an exam or presentation evaluation can also be made.

- A salary offer is made to the candidate who is found positive.

- When the necessary documents for employment are completed, the employee is recruited.

Our quality policy includes increasing employee quality and ensuring employee loyalty.
